The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of all the sites to see, close to the Ruess Festival area. The location is top-notch and the staff is extremely helpful with local information. However, there were some issues with the invoicing discrepancy and lack of accountability. Overall, a welcoming spot with prime access to area attractions.
I felt a bit disappointed with the service overall, from an unexpected extra charge to a lack of transparency. On the bright side, the hotel's unique southwestern-themed rooms were comfortable, with fast access to Escalante hiking. The location was convenient for exploring the area, but the dining experience fell short of expectations. Despite these issues, the facilities were decent, making for an average stay.
